What's to be embarrased about? Why on earth would this be embarrasing?
Years ago there were a lot ***ish fighters coming out of the slums of NY. How many ***ish fighters are there today? How many Irish and Italian? Not many why?

No, I'm embarrassed as well. There is not 1 atheletic US HW out there any more. Everybody that has the physical tools to compete with the Klits is either in Football or Basketball. Boxings popularity decline has definately robbed us of some good prospects. Or we would see more guys picking boxing over the other non-combat sports.
