If you go to the post fight press conference video the audio is much clearer and towards the end Steward says (paraphrase)

"Haye isn't going to fight a Klitschko. He made a name for himself running his mouth and making some T-shirts but when it came time to fight he ran away. That's not going to change, he will continue to fight the Ruiz's but he won't fight a Klitschko so I figure it's a waste of time to even talk about it."

Sorry for the bad audio, but the room isn't exactly made for press conferences - it was pretty small and my dv-cam doesn't have the best mic. Add that to a really noisy room and there you go...
