He quit after the fight with BHop.. And if you saw the last rounds against Winky he quit on himself.. He didnt want to be there.. If we are talking all-time then the list should look like this:

Barrera

I can see how people would pick Barrera over Morales simply based on their head to head fights but thats bad logic, because Morales has done just as much as Barrera but hasn't suffered three bad, somewhat one-sided losses to other guys. Morales also has a shot at moving up to 135 and becoming a 4 weight div. world champ. For my money, Morales has better skills too and puts on some of the most rediculous fights ive ever seen.

Right now I'd rank these guys:

Morales/Barrera (tie because Morales lost to MAB but beat Pac)
Marquez (still dominates 126)
Pacquiao (still very dangerous and would probably beat Barrera)
Hamed (off of the map)
