Filipinos aren't ****** enough to vote for a guy who didn't finish high school. A lot of filipinos like him just as much as filipinos who hate him. In America, it said that the reason Pac didn't win the last election was cause they didn't want him to stop boxing. The real reason is, they know Pac don't know **** how politics work. You don't know how Philippines work. If your a rich and very famous guy, give them the money, and they'll give you what you want. That's a typical filipino mentality, and its coming from a filipino myself. Pacquiao having a PhD in PE? Tell me any Universities in the world that has a PhD in PE.
