Who else thinks Pavlik Knocks Out Martinez?

I had Martinez clearly winning the fight, I mean if you see the judges scorecard how obvious is it that the fight was ****ing scored waaay wrong.

it wasn't a schooling. it was a back and forth fight. you can have a shutout on the cards if one fighter has the slight edge in each round but it can actually have been a real war for the whole fight. the cards can only tell you so much.

DOn't think so. Pavlik isn't really a 1 punch KO artist although his KOs lead you to believe that. But it's all from a accumulation of punches that his opponents crumble. I love watching Pavlik fights because they are entertaining, and I see this bout no different, but I think Sergio has a huge chance to pull off the upset by outboxing Pavlik's ears off. Pavlik isn't good with fighters that have decent movement or don't stay right infront of him trading with him. Hopkins really made a point with that regardless of Pavlik's move up to fight him.

I think Pavlik may win....but Martinez taking him to school seems like a very distinct possiblilty..........i though Martinez beat Williams on cleaner and more effective punching.........Sergio is alot quicker than Pavlik.......

Pavlik needs to impose that jab to slow Sergio down......If Pavlik gets him it will be late in the fight....round 9 onwards.........
