Im gonna say Vaulev by KO or TKO because of size. Ruiz is to small and when he clinches Vaulev will probally hit him behind the head allot. And when Ruiz clinches I dont think he can reach Vaulevs head whil in a clinch. Interesting fight though, Id be routing for Vaulev. Ruiz is not the true champ so hopfully Vaulev can prove that.

valuev has what it takes to get a ko, or a UD, but the ****ty european rules allow him to hit behind the head and etc,i see him losing many points on these things maybe even a possible dq.although hes probably training and making a point not to do them, instictual habits arent that easy to break.

I've seen him 3 times(Etienne, Levin, Nobles) and he's a terrible fighter, if he was a smaller he'd be without a win never mind a loss!! But i think he'll beat Ruiz, he's just so big and i dont think Ruiz will cope with that.

Ruiz has perfected his style of fighting.. It will be very difficult for a bigger man to beat him!!

                    *********.com:

Looks like WBA heavyweight champion John Ruiz will have a tall order when he makes his next mandatory. 7'2 Nicolay Valuev is the new WBA #1 rated heavyweight.
