I don't see how you could come to that conclusion, he would get hit a ton more which would expose a flaw that has been taken away due the the way he fights.

It would be more interesting because it would bring Wlad losing back into play but why should he do something like that~

Haha yeah that was awesome, that was the old school in Steward coming out. One thing steward has never been shy about is that he wants his guys to Knock the opponents out. And he was %100 right when he said Wlad needed to let go more. Being careful is one thing but being careful for 12 rounds against a guy 40 lbs smaller who is a soft puncher is ridiculous.

Steward use to indirectly knock Lennox Lewis for being to careful and not going for the Knockout earlier all the time.

He knows the game, and he also knows that if Wlad isnt producing Knockouts he has no chance to get back on HBO, Thats millions of dollars lost, not to mention losing a huge audience.

Yeah, it has to piss him off working for HBO that his man didn't get the Tv date. I love the fire he showed though. Only a world class vet like that could yell at an established guy that way and get away with it.

In that regard, I would like to see him train Cotto. Cotto doesn't need lapdogs like Santiago. He needs someone to slap him around and get him pissed off and train like an animal.

Wlad ruined Sam Peter. Peter at the time was the "next hope" remember that?

For that matter so was Brock, Chambers and Arreola. All undefeated highly touted challengers that all got turned away.

Oh but after the fact you downplay their importance.

              Shame on you.

Ali, Foreman and Frazier were all beaten by worse fighters than the Klitschko's.

The Klitschko's are too much for them.

The Klitschko's exposed him. But nobody else could do it before they did.

Its easy to criticize them after they get beat down.

I thought you considered Nigerians your Continental brothers?

Why the hate towards your fellow African?

Are you going to insult Ghana next?
