**** the Floyd fight why does everybody always brings that bull**** of a fight up. Just look at his fight at 135 and you telling me he belongs at 140? Look at his legs at 135 he didn't have it under him at 135 and you think he will have him at 140? The only reason to fight JMM at 140 is cuz of the name value which I get. But, Zab also has name value and would be more competitive at 140 then JMM...

He looked good at 135. He stopped two guys in a row impressively.

It wasnt a BS fight he fought good he just had Floyd in front of him.

The last time Zab was at 140 was 8 years ago. If Zab shows he can hit that weight and has something left I think hed beat Alexander but cmon man he aint touched 140 in forever.

when was the last time spaddy fought anyone worthwhile? leonard dorin? and we all know what gatti did to him. personally, i dont think he deserves an hbo type of fight. let him fight a kotelnik or someone of that caliber and see how he does.

you're right. he doesnt deserve a shot at alexander and his belts. he hasnt earned it. i just think stylistically it would be an excellent match up.
both fighters staying near or in the pocket, giving sharp angles, with combination punching, upper body movement, high work rates, etc.
IMO, it would be a highly entertaining match b/t 2 skilled southpaws. the fight could be held in a 10 ft ring if they had to.

Anyways, Judah is more comptetive at 140 then JMM. Juanma legs was not under him at 135 look at the fight and look JMM legs. The only reason he stopped them was cuz JMM was that skilled but there is weight-classes for a reason and 135 look like JMM limit.

Lets not forget even though he KO'd them he went a hard time in those fights and one of those fighters were shot.

Just because Floyd made a mockery of him doesnt mean everyone would. JMM vs. Alexander at 140 is a good scrap and a good test for the young guy.

JMM isn't interested in fighting a guy like Alexander. And the best name on the list is Spaddy. I don't know why a lot of people are boycotting that because Spaddy is undefeated. But I agree with the rest of the list being garbage.

no. boxers age faster if they take a lot of heavy punches.
the effect is not just physical, its neurological and physiological.
