It was only confirmed last week. Bradley spoke on the radio immediately after Alexander's win over Urango and said he'd want the fight. Whereas Alexander's team were talkin bout Zab Judah.

Tim needs to fight Devon and send him back to wherever he came from. Seriously, it has been a while since I seen one win make some guy so damn popular.

alexander still hasnt signed to fight anyone. talk is just that, talk.
now how about bradley dumping his belt a while back?

fwiw, i dont think either wants to fight each other next but theyre on a collision to fight each other down the line. i dont view either as the ducking type.

You obviously don't know the full story. Timothy Bradley held two titles. The IBF from Witter and the WBO from Kendall Holt. Both of those belts had mandatory defenses. The IBF demanded the Devon Alexander fight, while the WBO demanded the Nate Campbell fight. Shaw had no choice but to make the best business decision, which was to fight Nate Campbell and Bradley was forced to give up the IBF belt, which is why Alexander and Witter were able to fight for it.

And don't even think about saying he chose Campbell because he was scared of Alexander. Alexander had around 15 fights on his resume back then, and the closest thing to a challenge he had fought was a past his prime, journeyman DeMarcus Corley. I even remember him getting tagged up by a guy who fought him on two weeks notice. What was there to be scared of?

As the promoters have said, Devon and Timmy should earn more money for fighting each other than they will earn if they square off in their next fight. Promoters are supposed to build an event. Let Devon fight Zab, a seasoned veteran who still has a lot of slickness and speed to his credit and who will make for a good grudge match in St. Louis. See how he copes with a more versatile fighter, I see him passing with flying colours. Looks like Bradley's goin in at welter, hopefully it won't backfire and he looks good, drops back down and fights one of the other top guys at 140, Devon maybe beats another top guy, a Cayo or Maidana perhaps, or a Victor Ortiz... They could fight in spring 2011, perhaps for 3 belts, it would be a true spectacle.

Alexander-Judah is a good fight, Judah wants to return to the world scene while alexander wnats to establish himself as a world champ.
