Explain me why Maidana is that overrated!!!

Hes a bum with power. Victor Ortiz only brought one of his balls with him and dropped him 3 times. He hits hard, nothing more.

Maidana is a very limited slugger who will lose very soon. In fact, I think he will lose this year if he fights competitors like Bradley, Alexander, Khan or Malignaggi. I hope Amir fights him next.

I don't think he is overrated at all. I don't see any boxing writer or analyst hyping him and saying that he could beat so and so.

I think people are excited to see him fight because he seems very entertaining from the fight the one fight they saw him in. I'm sure he'll crack Amir Khan's chin, but that's all I think he could beat at the moment. Amir Khan's been KO'd before so I don't think that's overrating Maidana. It just says something about his heavy hands and Khan's weak chin.

hes dangerous as hell, not too skilled tho... hes a brawler who comes to kill his opponent, and he happens to have a iron chin and a hellified punch.... thats where hes getting the hype from....

he's a strong puncher but limited and beatable . I give him respect for keeping his composure in the ortiz fight and out gunning him , hopefully he can make good money while he can because i dont see him beating the top 140 lbers.
