At 4:32 you can clearly see the punch land and jolt Chambers head to the side.....it was suspect from the original angle that was showed when it aired.

It did land, you can see from other angles. It didn't look like a knockout punch, he must not have seen it coming.

It kinda looks fake, but given the context of it, I can't see how it isn't real. Chambers was seconds away from finishing the fight, and I sure he would of wanted to. He wasn't taking a dive to stop fighting, there was less than 10 seconds left. After the hit, Chambers fell, face flat, with no reaction or flinching. I would say that Wlad must of hit him clean on the temple.
