Floyd told the whole world a few years ago he fights for money not for bragging rights.

He made over 32 million in 2009 by fighting once with no endorsement deals. He doesn't need the money like a lot of people make it out to be. The reason he's fighting SSM is because he's the best available opponent.

He fought JMM for a tune-up fight and tried to fight Pac, but Pac's team ducked Floyd.

Floyd is not afraid of SSM. He would have never signed the contract if he was afraid of SSM.
