He took advice from Arreola on how to train and eat

Arreola is 6'4 while Solis is 6'1. 6'2 tops and weighs more. Arreola is far faster and mobile with his feet and has a much better workrate. Arreola's conditioning puts Solis to shame and that's saying something.
