Can anyone bump the NSAC testing proposal

I saw a few days a thread about the NSAC possibly doing random tests on future fights but i can't find it, anyone please bump it up, thanks for any help.

My bad, i meant the NYSAC new proposal for random testing. Now i found it because i put the right wording in the search forum
