Floyd wasn't sure if he was completely clean yet, even after the 2 year layoff. He couldn't risk being caught with PEDs still in his system so he's waited until now to ask for random testing.

question is, why wouldnt manny take the test? hes afraid of needles?? so those tattoos he has were drawn on? right. Oh he would feel weak after they take out the blood? Theyre testing his blood, which wouldnt require him to give much blood. Hell, he would lose more blood than that if he got a nose bleed. Hats off to Mosley for taking all the tests and showing he really wants to fight mayweather.
