Williams is a better fighter than Margacheato. Williams called out Manny multiple times and Manny's team wanted no part of Williams. Yes, Williams can come down to 147 for a fight with Manny. Stop acting like Margacheato is his only fight on the table.

We already know Manny won't fight good fighters when they called him out. Floyd, Williams, SSM, etc.

Other good fighters can and will move up or down in weight for a chance to fight Manny.
