He is running his mouth a lot because whenever someone accuses Manny of being on roids, it indirectly reflects on him since he is Pac's conditioning coach and is responsible for makin him physically trained in every fight..So yeah, he has every right to voice his opinion.

I think he’s throwing his hat in the verbal war of words just so the opposing opponent can draw attention away from Amir and focus on Ariza when in fact all of his attention should be squarely on Khan.
