    Khan-Malignaggi Garden venue?

Often fights at the Garden have been held in that little crappy ball room because they can't fill the real arena.Malignaggi doesn't have a history of drawing crowds and Khan is a virtual unknown in the States.

Have they announced which room it will be held in?

Thanks. That's a shame but there are very few fighters who can actually fill the real venue.

Yea, it's really a shame when you consider NYC is the mecca of boxing in the US... and the largest city in the US...and Malignaggi is a New Yorker.

Its being held in the theater because the arena is already booked for that date.

Malignaggi fought Cotto in the arena. But I don't believe a fighter like Khan has any recognition in NYC. Maybe if Paulie gets to unify the titles he'll fight in the arena.
