Not exactly.Pacquiao's team once claimed they had agreed to random tests then ran a mile instead of signing

I think they should do random testing, a couple times up unitl a 4-7 days before a fight, somewhere in there and within a couple hours after the fight.

Then it would be useless in the first place. You can't set up your own date, there are steroids that can be out of your system for just few hours. If that type of testing becomes official, Boxers won't be able to set their own schedule no matter how weak blood testing will make them feel weeks for a fight.

MAKE ALL THE TESTING RULES YOU WANT HAPPEN. Pac will gladly submit to it. He will not submit to a Froid Commission, whose family members made the most idiotic nasty accusations without any proof.

Man, Pac is on semi-retirement right now and you hypocrites should be focusing on the fights that are happening right now. You should have been demanding these tests a long time ago.

          BRING IT ON!

Pac agreeing to get tested just moments after the fight is already just. It's not like Pac is taking a Popeye's spinach, that once he takes it he becomes supernatural and then after beating up his opponent goes back to being normal in an instant.

Well judging by how Khan described the Olympic drug test. There was no random blood test during training, only random urine test, and a blood test after the fight. These were all voluntary conditions that Pacquiao agreed to anyway which he didn't have to. Until Mayweather demanded 14 days random blood before the the fight.

Bottom line is there is nothing wrong with random blood and urine testing and all ATHLETES SHOULD DO THEM ALL YEAR LONG.

Thing was 14 days, 24 days didn't mean anything. It was just a way for Floyd to either duck the fight or have the last word in the negotiations. Arum clearly decided for Pac without consulting him. He was fuming mad the entire time when he realized that the Floyd team was playing hard to get. It all started when PB camp reneged on the promised Cowboys Stadium tour at the last minute. In the last meeting Schaefer and DLH realizing Arum's seriousness agreed to the 24 day cutoff and tried to convince Floyd to go for it. He refused. Arum stormed out of the meeting mad as hell and concluded that Floyd is scared of Pac and declared PB is a coward. Meanwhile, Pac was pissed of the accusation and wasn't interested in anything the PB camp says. In the end Schaefer was trying to contact Pac whether he knew of the 14 day cutoff. Of course, he didn't. Arum decided for him and assumed Pac was just as mad as him.
