Sal Sanchez beat Lopez, Gomez & Nelson before he was 24. He accomplished more in his few years of boxing than many of the so called greats running the sport now do in their entire career.

Chavez is the greatest Mexican fighter ever.

You can argue that Sanchez was BETTER at his peak but he's not the greater fighter historically.

Ruben Olivares should be mentioned, he's definitely up there among the greatest Mexican fighters ever.

The fact that this poll doesn't include Ricardo Lopez honestly makes me not want to vote.

Sanchez would have been better than Chavez, in my opinion. Didn't happen for obvious reasons. So, Chavez gets the vote. Regardless, as it stands/stood, Lopez beats both, p4p.

I agree with Lopez. I have seen some footage of him. he was very good. But Salvador is still no.1 for me.
