If this fight is made, Bob should be banned from promoting fights. Two cheaters on PPV? Sad part is that Margarito will have to wrap his hands the correct way while Pacquiao gets to juice without being caught. Talk about robbing the fans. Here I am watching Bob Arum on the HBO documentary(assault in the ring) talking about how bad it was but yet he is helping Margarito get his licence back. What a joke. If I was Cotto I would sue Bob and Margarito. Oh well if the fight happens I will not buy it. Can't wait for Mayweather vs Mosley two fighters trying to proove they are clean. Good for them.
