ill be the first to tell you i dont think manny is on anything and it is wrong to accuse him of stuff. but this conference is spot on. you honestly cant say this is not what's needed. regardless of floyds reasons for asking, its about that time rite now and im sure that within the next few years, you will see all major sports are going to start adopting these policies.
