If Mayweather vs Mosley does more PPV's than Pacquiao vs Cotto...?

Does it prove Floyd is the bigger draw considering Freddie Roach himself has said in the past Cotto is a bigger star/draw than Shane Mosley, which I agree with. Mosley has never had a solid fan base, Cotto IMO has a huge following. So if Mayweather vs Mosley does more pay per views than Pacquiao vs Cotto (1.25 million buys) does it mean Mayweather is the bigger draw?

So far Floyd has had more PPV against common opponents...Oscar, Hatton and JMM.

i think that is the min target, although has potential for much more. may and shane are rivals so, i think in this match up shanes fan base is irrelevant because it has a story behind it

It will prove that May is a bigger draw, but it will also cause problems down the line in that May will demand more than 50% against Pac Man.

well i think cotto is a bigger draw, but i think the fact that mosley and mayweather was talked about for so long before the fight happening, makes mosley the better draw in this case. Sounds odd but i assume most people will know what i mean. Plus and these are just excuses, JMM had to be pushed back to mexican national holiday and had a 24/7, they spent wayyy more money promoting that fight then what they would have for pac/JMM. and hatton and delahoya for floyd to place in a very good economy, while for manny the two fights took place in the *****iest economy since the depression. Which would effect the #'s. I do think that floyd is possibly the bigger draw cause so many people buy his fights in the hope of him losing, which is clearly part of his business plan, and it is very smart.
