doesn't mean that no one ask or demand the test you can't take the test, it's up to floyd to take the test, for him to choose that he doesn't want to be get tested with an OST means that he decline the test, he should have choose the OST test to prove that he was clean.

Then Manny Pacquiao, Bernard Hopkins, Floyd Mayweather, Shane Mosley, Nonito Donaire... Every fighter have cheated in every fight so far. That would make it all equal. If everybody cheats, noone has gotten an unfair advantage over another.

Now Floyd previously did it the cheating way(from now on to be called the "manny pacquiao way" for simplicity).
Now he has seen the light. He has realised that the manny pacquiao way is the wrong way to go. He no longer wants to cheat like every other fighter. Like Manny Pacquiao and his ways of fighting/cheating/training.

Floyd Mayweather JR and Shane Mosley are the ONLY fighters to take the USADA special tests. They are the only two currently clean fighters in the sport.
Therefore you can say that Floyd and Shane are the cleanest and fairest fighters in the sport. They now have realised their mistakes and no longer wants to walk the manny pacquiao road(roid) of shame.

God bless you Floyd Mayweather and Shane Mosley for being clean and fair fighters. Unlike the others doing it the manny Pacquiao way you are now the only two fighters proven to be clean currently.
