One guy can be tested 4 times in the first few weeks, the other guy can be tested 4 times in the week leading up to the fight.

Well, I think its a reason why these tests, positive or negative should be reported publicly, so that way, everyone knows when testing is taking place.

It would show the public, who this testing is supposed to be for anyways, "to clean up the sport", who is getting tested and when. The results don't even have to be known, just let it be known when someone was tested.
