Maybe before Pacquiao established himself at WW, but Pacquiao himself wanted to fight Margo over a year ago. Remember the thread? I was one of the few people out of hundreds who said Manny could beat Margarito. I don't think Roach would even blink an eye at the thought of Pacquiao fighting Margo now.
