How can Vitali accept a challenge from Brewster when he hasn't defended his title against a mandatory contender ever?

He said he wants to fight Brewster in September but clearly if he is ready to fight that soon it must be against his number one contender or the interim-champion.

Is Vitali going to give away his belt to fight Brewster???

If so it must be because he fears the Rock.

he just took Brewsters challange how can he be afraid, Brewster has been talking **** for awhile now, hes not scared of that bum Rahman. Brewster-VKlitschko will make for a huge money fight and will be really entartaining.
