There's Gonna Be A Lot Of Upsets The Next Few Weeks

There's a lot of high profile fights with high probability for an upset. Starting off with Eddie Chambers defeating Klitschko on Saturday. Don't be surprised if the following upsets happen too.

    Guzman over Funeka
    Dirrell over Abraham
    Martinez over Pavlik

I'll bump this when I'm right.

    The Guzman-Funeka isn't happening.

The key to beat Guzman is a good jab, which Funeka has, same as #1.

You're right there will be upsets just not in those fights.

      Pavlik will knock out Martinez
      Funeka will rout Guzman, again.
Chambers is getting KTFO, no doubt about it.

There will be some upsets though, that's for sure.

I agree that Dirrell beats Abraham plus Ruiz is gonna beat Haye and Paulie will KO Khan.

I also think Victor Cayo has an excellent chance of knocking out Marcos Maidana.

Speed, countering, and movement can offset a jab.

What will they do when their main weapon is taken away from them?

I have little doubt Guzman will be able to pull it off this time because he has the foot speed to get in and out of range.

The Chambers pick is a little more tricky, but when was the last time Klitschko fought someone that was faster than him? People talk about Wlad's power, but it's his speed and size that has him dominating.

          Chambers isn't faster than Klitschko.

Wlad moves better on his feet and has faster hands as well.

I'm tired of people grasping at straws and always giving Wlad's opponents the "speed" advantage because it's the only one they can possibly give them.

People said Wlad was at a speed disadvantage against Byrd, Brock and Ibragimov as well.

            I don't see Guzman winning.

Dirrell over AA is a mild upset.

Martinez over Pavlik isn't an upset at all imo. I'd be shocked if Martinez lost tbh.

Pavlik will not be able to deaql with Martinez' speed from the outside, watch how much McKart hit Pavlik, then take into account that Martinez won't fight on the inside like he did.

Guzman will not get routed 'again'.

Chambers will not get KTFO, but let's see it goes.

I don't see Ruiz beating Haye because Haye will fight on the outside and not get into a Ruiz-style match. I see him using lateral movement and maybe catching him coming in. Haye is top 3 in the fastest hands at heavyweight.

I don't really see how Khan-Malignaggi plays out right now.

I see Cayo out boxing Maidana, but getting the steam taken out of him MM's shots.

I'll put a million points on Funeka. Easy win for him.

Also, Ruiz will have no trouble forcing Haye into a fight, he isn't Valuev. Haye has a **** gas tank and Ruiz is gonna pressure him all night long. Haye's footwork sucks too so he won't be able to stay away from someone who knows how to cut down a ring. Plus I'm not sure how you can say that Haye has top 3 fastest hands at Heavyweight when he throws only one punch at a time and takes 30 seconds between them.

Like I said, people always talk about Wlad's power and neglect the speed advantage he holds over most opponents. Chambers will have faster hands and reflexes, believe it.

I'm going by sportsbook odds and they have them all as the underdog.

The way Ruiz pressures people is by hugging them. Haye won't let him, he'll bust him up with quick punches as Ruiz plods forward. Man, are you overestimating Ruiz. Ruiz is durable is all

Also Paulie by KO over Amir is freakin laughable
