For the UMPTEENTH time I criticized him for AGREEING to the OSDT and then BACKPEDALING on that previous agreement. Not one time did I declare that he was dirty, but he sure didn't help himself...AT ALL.

Look, I don't like the excuses that his camp gave either, it's complete bollocks. But until he tests positive, there is no proof of guilt. And when there is no proof of guilt, he doesn't have to prove his innocence. He hasn't done anything wrong. It's just the way the law works. Sensible law, I should say.
Maybe if you live in Saudi Arabia, like Burner (No Ceilings) does, then you are "guilty until proven innocent".

When i first saw how you guys post I honestly thought that you got your arguments laid out just fine, til you are faced with a particular question like this.

Just answer the damn straight question and don't answer back with another question and some machismo ****, moreover an answer like burner's "how do you know he's innocent"? IMO that's just plain damn illogical, so like if I say I think ur girlfriend's ***kin' someone else, then you say NO WAY SHE'S LOYAL and i ask you HOW DO YOU KNOW SHE'S NOT ****ING SOMEBODY ELSE? You use that kinda logic? Honestly now....
And to my fellow Pacfans....just a piece of advice,
Don't use the arguement that HE NEVER FAILED A TEST because it's not good enough for these guys with their level of logic and thinking, they'll always kick in that SHANE MOSLEY NEVER FAILED THE TEST but swore under oath that he took some then said he didn't know. If you use that reason youre in a tough time debating with these guys!
