      Cotto would beat Angulo imo
Agreed. When Kirkland comes back I fear for the JMW division. He'd be king right now if not for his own foolish actions. Either way this just allows for more time to build the fight between these two fighters. Martinez would embarrass Angulo too. Styles just favor him too much.

Can go either way, but I say that only because I'm not sure where Cotto is mentally and physically at this point. But I don't see a total annihilation by Angulo...that's a bit silly.
Finally someone with some logic. Ur right , Anything can happen come fight night. It makes me laugh how people say it. Oh boy , Angulo would do this. Angulo would do that. Plz man , If Clottey is a punching bag , then Angulo is a defensiveless punching bad. If the Cotto that came ot fight pac comes hell win. Pac was just too much. That left hook that ended his night , is a punch that would have done the same for a lot of fighters. He didnt see it coming , and those are the worst. It completely got him off balance , and by surprise.

Cintron has a nice jab and a great right hand. Cintron is also 5'10 or so and weighed 170 the night of that fight.

Cotto is good enough, but he's too small for Perro.

Yeah, some people just can't seem to understand how bad that looks. I mean if Cintron knocks you out, OK he's a big puncher. But if he outboxes and works you, then you gotta take a sec and say 'What the hell?' That UD loss (8-4) to Cintron is gonna have people wondering. Angulo did bounce back good however, just think it a matter of time before he has to step in with a pure boxer and be in for a rough night. Look at his next opponent Joel Julio. He's avoiding pure boxers.

That's because it was a close fight and Cotto got completely destroyed by little Pac.

Angulo has a height advantage but he doesn't look like he fills his frame in too much. He'll probably be a bit heavier depending on how well Cotto comes in at 154. I will say this however, if Cotto looks healthy and maintains power and speed at 154 he may have a better chance than people are giving him credit for. He'll also have to make sure to not gas out.

8-4 is not that close a fight. No one changed the channel or left the building feeling that Angulo may have won the fight. It was a clear UD win. There is also no shame in losing to Pac. Not by Hatton, Cotto, Clottey, or Mayweather/Mosely winner should it happen.
