Bradley, the current WBO junior welterweight champion, will be moving up to welterweight to fight undefeated Carlos Abregu (29-0, 23KOs)

bradley's saying nobody at jww would fight him.

Cotto would have to knock Bradley out to beat him or else Bradley's quicker hands and better stamina would carry the day. Given that Cotto is probably softened up now, I'd have to go with Bradley.
