Just bear in mind that when he speaks, it’s from the point of view of a man who takes a fight knowing that it will lead to another fight.
If it’s not the only reason he agreed to another fight with a man he knocked out two years ago, then it’s certainly the primary motivator.
Latimore (20-1, 16KO) is well aware that he stands far more to lose than to gain by taking on an opponent he’s already beaten, knowing that a reversal of fortunes means an even longer wait at claiming what he believes is rightfully his.
