Not stripped,champion in recess since he's moving up and his injury might keep him on the becnh for a while.

Also I think Soto would at least give him a run for his money if not beat him.

This makes no sense. It's all about sanctioning fees. He just fought his mandatory. He should've had at least 6 month before he would hav to defend it. This is just BS! The organizations need to go.
