pretty much anyone that floyd has fought. you can make excuses about cotto and clottey but atleast he fought them and clottey was a top 5 WW and cotto at the time wes questionably the #1 WW and definitely the #2. Pac has been at WW for 3 fights, one was a pure money fight, and he was coming up from 135, and the other two were against top 5 guys. Mayweather has fought there 5 times, sharmba mitchell, judah coming off a loss, baldomir, ricky hatton (a junior welter) and JMM (a lightweight). and sadly he has only knocked out two of those guys. and whether you like it or not, it will always look as if he retired to avoid the stack WW division he was in, he could have cemented a legacy by beating cotto (when undefeated), margarito, williams, mosley, instead he retired because he had nothing left to prove in the sport. and though i do consider mosley a tough opponent and a top WW, he has not fought in over a year.... and he lost to cotto, soo. think about it.

If "Money" beats Mosley in convincing fashion then the p4p experts need to look back and rethink because its obvious to me that Floyd is more deserving of being p4p king.

Also people need to remember Pacquiao is only well known because "Money" Mayweather retired. Had Floyd stuck around and fought the rematch with Oscar De La Hoya then nobody would be hearing about Pacquiao right now
