      Damn lmao youd have alot of height at your weight, might want to lift some weights and put on some muscle weight to get to 135 though, just my opinion

            i'm 27 I just hit the speed bad mits and heavy bag I more do it for the conditioning and to keep in shape. I use to get in the ring but after a while I said f it cause I kept sparring against my friend and he really is a ameteur and he kept boxing my headoff lol. Like I can hold my own in the ring but I said to myself why the hell keep getting hit in the head if your not going anywhere with it. So I just stick to the basics

              yeah i gotta admit.. i need to put on more pounds. thats where more weed comes in and more food to digest.

                  Haha fosho my man, make sure you aint eatin too much fatty foods and eat things high in protein. Hit the weights hard too, dont worry about lifting alot of weight, just lifting as much weight as you can in repetitions you know. Youll pack on muscle pounds lol you dont wanna just get fat
