1 its pac's fault people think he is on something by turning the test down

2 as the best boxer in this decade he could of shown the mainstream media and people that dont really watch the sport, that boxing unlike any other sport is clean instead he drop the ball

3 pac made many demands trying to get floyd to pull out and when floyd called his bluff, he (pac) pulled out
If Mayweather said you had to blow him every saturday night leading up to the fight as part of his negotiation demands, will you still pass up the 40 mil?

deuce_drop,hold on buddy you forgot a couple FACTS

1-BLOOD TESTING WAS A DEMAND FLOYD MADE SINCE THE START OF THE NEGOTIATIONS.
2-BUT IT WASN'T AFTER FLOYD AGREED TO ALL OF MANNY'S DEMANDS THAT PAC'S CAMP BROUGHT UP THE WHOLE BLOOD TESTING DEMAND ISSUE.

like i've said before and i will say it again, floyds team blamed pacquiao first then demanded drug testing. that isnt a sure fire way to get anything out of anyone, in a common sense world.

had floyd asked for the test in the negotiations instead making pacquiao out to be a steroid using cheat, THEN DEMANDING the tests, i think it would've been totally different.

the way it can be looked at, is, floyd flushed the deal down the drain because he he didn't want to fight, so he and his team went out of their way to call pacquiao a cheat then wanting drug testing because they knew that anyone with a shred of self worth wouldn't let someone manipulate them into submission..........

floyd and his peeps knew that it would be a deal killer, plain and simple.

that is what i truly see by floyds teams actions, pacquiao is reacting to what has been brought upon him. the majority of fights, especially mega fights, are won in the negotiations, the upper hand, who gets it?

calling someone a cheat, then saying that they have to do what is being demanded or you're guilty, and guilty by public opinion too because all people hear are sound bites and quick quips about how much money is being lost. that is scum if you ask me. floyd needs the money more than pacquiao anyways, if i was in pacquiao's position, i wouldn't give floyd a payday, tests or no tests............ it would have to be a winner take all fight and nothing less.......... if i were in pacquiaos position the gamble would be worth it.....

to sum things up, people saying manny not taking the test and giving up 40 million makes him guilty. it is just as easy to say floyd and his team publicly slandering pacquiao then demanding that he take extra drug tests because of their slander is a way for floyd to duck pacquiao. floyd turned down 40 million too!!

to be nice to the mayweathers, i will throw this out there for their sake. i think that the steroid thing was a way to hype the fight, and it got out of hand real fast and has now ruined things, and both fighters are in damage control, floyd more than pacquiao. boxing itself is in damage control, this **** just adds to the **** that boxing is in..

Really??? Which world do you live in? The test demand was there from the beginning as confirmed by Roach, Arum and Koncz so where have you been to say "Team Floyd blames Pacquiao first then demand the random drug test" ?

Should it be that way? No.

                  But it is.

A lot of people find doubt in the way things went a few months ago.. and it wasn't just roger or Floyd Sr.... a lot of people didn't start doubting until the excuses and reasons started flying out of the Pac camp.

I just feel like the mass of casual fans is split 50/50 on this matter.

And that means that 50% of the people out there are su****ious.. even if is for NO reason.

So really I feel like it goes far beyond just proving something to Floyd.
It does. I can see your point. I think Pacquaio and his conscience and his loyal fans and countrymen are all that matters to him on this subject. I dont think he thinks about the long term questions. If he even cares (i think he does) Maybe he will or they will come to a unhappy medium!

well he is the top boxer in the sport so he owes it to the sport to do it simple as that it goes beyond floyd or the his countrymen, fans...its about the sport that we all on here love and he could of shown the world boxing is better than mlb or even the nfl instead he turned 1 demand down, in fact the only one that was made to his like 5 demands
