Then why didn't he give Clottey more than 10% of the purse? Why did he haggle over the 52/48 or 50/50 split with Hatton?

It can be looked at from both fighters perspective really.. Pacquiao feels like he's got nothing to prove since he hasn't been caught before and he (perhaps) takes it as dishonorable. Mayweather wants the testing done to either, psych him or to make sure that he's not on anything.. Really, it's just a matter of perspective.

1 its pac's fault people think he is on something by turning the test down

2 as the best boxer in this decade he could of shown the mainstream media and people that dont really watch the sport, that boxing unlike any other sport is clean instead he drop the ball

3 pac made many demands trying to get floyd to pull out and when floyd called his bluff, he (pac) pulled out
you wont get sued...but you will get red k.

So when MLB baseball instituted it's steroid policy in 2006 or 2007, every single MLB player was a ***** for not quitting the league until that **** was reversed, right?

so you consider Floyd's demand the same as MLB instituting steroid testing?

Even though money isnt everything no way would he turn down a test for that amount, It doesnt matter if Pac is a million or billionaire, The most wealth people in the world alway want to get even more wealth and Pac isnt any different to the bill gates of these world.

He definitely made himself look su****ious by his actions instead of just saying they arent ready to fight Mayweather in March..simple

Did Clottey take it or not? Did Hatton take it or not? Yes.

Did Mayweather take Pac's proposal on dropping his "Mayweather testing"? Nope.
