Who gained the most respect last saturday?

    a) Pac- for his incredible punch output and his willingness to give the people a good show.

    b) Clottey - for being one of only five people (others are JMM, Morales, Barrera, Larios) to hear the 12th and final bell against Pac

    c) Cotto- for going toe to toe against the best fighter in the planet though he was outgunned and eventually got KOed.

I think it's Cotto. People now have more respect for his effort because he went out of his shield to slug it out with a monster.

Pac's reputation remains the same while Clottey's took a big hit

yeah, i agree with most posters. It's like when Pac defeated Barrera the second time. People became more appreciative of what Morales did in his final fight with Pac. He went out blazing though it was a losing effort

Cotto- for standing toe to toe with a guy who didn't have the balls to fight him fair.
