A potential fight between middleweights Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. and John Duddy will be pushed back to late 2010. There had been some talk about holding the fight on the June 5 undercard to Miguel Cotto-Yuri Foreman but that won't happen. Duddy will still appear on the card but Chavez will not be ready in time. His suspension for using a diuretic in last November's fight with Troy Rowland runs out at the end of June. Top Rank CEO Bob Arum wants to hook them up at the end of 2010. [Click Here To Read More]

Wow Who really cares anymore, the way they protect Chavez jr is ridiculous, Golden Boy may be known for rushing their fighters at times but hey their giving us great fights not Mismatches like Top Rank. Golden Boy has the fighters that actually have a chance to be the next Mexican/Mexican American world champs. Saul Alvarez, Luis Ramos, Frankie Gomez, Charles Huerta, Victor Ortiz, Abner Mares, and Carlos Molina Just to name a few. Chavez Jr has no chance against the champs at 154, even contenders like Angulo would destroy him.Comment
