Before this thread goes outta hand, I read somewhere that IMDAZED is in the business, so I'd like to ask somethin'.

I heard that Olympic style Drug Tests are very expensive. In this regard, who will shoulder the expenses? Coz i understand USADA's the one conducting it. So who pays for it? Is it the NSAC for overseeing the fight? Or is it the boxer who requested it in the first place?

Coz I'm just thinking, if FMJ (or GBP) wants all their fights moving forward to have OST, they're in for a long pocket-diggin' ride if the requesters will shoulder it. Coz until there's a clear-cut ********* for every boxing commish across the country for adapting OST, someone has to pay.

      Does that make sense?

      No rude answers please hehehe

I don't know the specifics but according to Tygert, it's really not expensive. Furthermore, there are ways around paying although personally I believe the commission should foot the bill. People in boxing just are too greedy. That's an excellent question and one I hope to ask (or hope someone else asks) on the call.

I actually think it should be a tiered system where everyone lends a share to it

comission level- basic random testing for all fights, title eliminators should include blood testing, championship level* fights should be all inclusive

promoter level- anything beyond that should include the promoters of both parties

sanctioning bodies should also be put to the test. If you want the sanctioning fees then you should also want your champions to be clean so you should foot the bill for testing as well

Very cool. I called about this last week to Mosley's publicist and she said more information was coming in the following week. Glad to see that there is.

Great. As long as both take the same tests and both agreed, no problems with it. That is fair.
