who said floyd wasnt one of the top wws? im just making the point that if you want to be the best ww and #1 p4p in the world just being talented isnt enough you have to fight the dangerous top guys in your division and a ww resume of judah and baldomir isnt enough in my opinion to say floyd is the top ww or even p4p #1 as of yet.
