What if Manny had Floyd's mouth? Vice versa?

Let's discuss this.....

Both fighter's keep their ring talents.......Manny and his freakish stamina and offensive abilities.......Floyd and his defensive wizardy and pinpoint counters.

BUT....Manny is now walking around telling everyone about his path of destruction...what he'll do to the next guy who steps in his way...and how he is the REAL Star of boxing........WHILE Floyd is just is humble as can be, telling everyone he fights to make people happy, that he loves GOD and he is only doing his job.

How would the world look at these two? How would the "fans" be? How would opinions that would matter (none of ours here on NSB) sound like? Would the term "*******" and "Boatbuyer" even exist?

Everyone is so sensitive about defending one or the other...let's reverse the roles...I am very curious as to how they would be defened now.....

i would still like both of them the same,im a big fan of manny and floyd for their boxing skills in the ring,i dont really care what they do outside the ring,if floyd wants to chill with 50 cent and clown around thats his busniess or if manny wants to cheat on his wife with some chick thats his busniess,i judge fighters for what they do in the ring

people would call him for taking on Diaz and not a better 135
and for taking on Cotto instead of SSM of Clottey at that time
he would be alot more critisized and hated for being that way

A great fighter that isnt a big draw
you all dont realize that Floyd is such a huge draw because of his mouth
he draws attention to himself both negative and positive
take that away and there goes the interest of the casual fan

Agree with that 100%.....his mouth is his draw. Being undefeated don't mean **** today (Chavez Jr.)...I can only imagine if Manny was talkin like that though....he MIGHT be big over here in America....but I guarantee you that the Philippines wouldn't dare claim him as one of their own....
