Yeah sure, you think he cant fight going backwards, is that apart from KOing Hatton on the back foot? or apart from knocking down Cotto going backwards? (2nd knockdown). I didnt put me to sleep i can tell you, it was great seeing the best boxer in the world dismantle another great boxer.

Must have been watching a totaly different fight that i was.You see,thats the difference between the view of a Pacquiao fan and a boxing fan.A Pacquiao fan gets deffensive the minute they here Mannys name and it not being attached to him being a boxing god.
No body was talking about the fight Pac had with Clottey.The facts were towards Manny's style throughout his career.Manny does not have a jab,or the ability to fight going backwards.He also leaves himself wide open when he is punching to be countered.Yes Clottey had his hands held high for most of the fight with Pac,but if Manny was able to fight going backwards he would of been able to possibly draw Clottey in and counter him when Clottey comes foward to mount an attack himself.Because Manny was so busy for most if the fight,Clottey stood in his shell and was very selective.Clottey is known for this and it has burned him in every big fight.Pacquiao knows only one way to fight,and thats being aggressive.Like i said before,the abilities that Manny has he uses very well,but he is far from a complete fighter.
About Mayweather,your not going to beat Floyd Jr by just simply being aggressive.You need boxing skills.Skills that atleast come close to Mayweathers.The only way i see Floyd being beat is by a chess match in the ring,and Manny does not have that in him.I see Pacquiao being fustrated by Floyd jr if they fight.

James. Manny didn't KO Hatton off of his back foot. He KO'd him off a side step and pivot(On the opposite side of Hatton's lazy left jab and dropped right hand). If you want to see a classic back foot KD, look at FLOYD vs. Hatton.
