Barrera was more impressive @ featherweight than Morales and Marquez combined, but I really only highly rate Paq victories over Barrera @ those lower weight classes. The 1st time I saw Pacquiao fight, which was on the Mayweather/Chavez under card in San Francisco, he wasn't even a player back then and Floyd was and is still dominating. Floyd will be in his 19th championship fight this May, and with a victory he will have won them all. So while these guys was all fighting and beating each other in the featherweight division, Mayweather was stilll moving up the weight divisions beating undefeated fighters like Chavez, Corrales, and Hatton, as well as defeating lightweight kingpins in Castillo, and became linear WW champ and 154 pd champ. A win over Mosley will still leave his record unblemished, and the WW king for a 2nd time. How will he not be #1 p4p?
Because the #1 p4p has not lost. If Pacquiao at the #2 spot beat the #3 Marquez who was the king of the division did not put him over the top of Floyd why would it all of a sudden apply now???

A floyd win over Mosley undoubtedly makes him #1 at welterweight but by no means will it make him #1 p4p regardless of how impressively he wins especially since Pacquiao is in the same division.

Larios? lol cmon dude was a career 122lb fighter when he fought Manny

you also mentioned the stretch of Mitchell Judah and Baldomir which was late 2005 to late 2006 in an attempt to discredit Mayweather. Fine no worries we all know the story

what you fail to also mention is that during that same span Manny fought the vicious likes of

Oscar Larios a man who was a career 122lb fighter at 130lbs
                    Hector Velasquez a never was
