Andre Ward to leave the Super Six?
Allan Green's Promotor Lou DiBella is furious because of Andre Wards postponement of the super six fight with Allan Green. DiBella believes dan Goosen is about to withdraw his fighter from Showtimes tournament:
"I haven't had a call an e-mail or any communication at all from Goosen", DiBella tells danish tabloid Ekstrabladet.dk. "I'm madder than ever before! I detest people who operates dishonest. I've been told by more than one source, that the fight wont happen on April 24 no matter what and that Goosen does not want his fighter in the tournament any longer."
Allan Green himself is just as infuriated and frustrated:
"I honestly do not believe Ward ever will share a ring with me. I do not think this is the fight Ward and his people wanted", Allan Green tells tv2sport.dk.
"This is crazy. I told my advisor 2 weeks ago that this was going to happen. He'd either withdraw or get injured. I also know that if he should have fought Taylor or Bika he'd be ready to fight right now. I fought Simms with a bad shoulder. If your knee gets injured it could be cronical and then you wont be ready in 6 weeks. If the knee is swollen take some cortisone, stop whining and get your ass in the ring!"
