How do you see Bradley/Abregu going down?

So in June Tim Bradley(25-0 ko11) is fighting Carlos Abregu(29-0 ko23) in his 1st WW fight.

I being a big fan of Tim's think this is both a ballsy and kind of dumb move against a clearly dangerous but obscure opponent.

Sure Abregu is chinny but he has come off the floor to win and Bradley though ever improving does not have what I would call bone crushing power and this is at 140 even.

Abregu has some serious pop, enough to put down Richard Gutierrez a feat Angulo failed to accomplish when they fought.

Though Gutierrez is his best win to date I would say that a WW fighter is at the very least good if he could get by Richard and we yet don't know how Bradley will look at WW.

Right now I favor Abregu in this fight by ko because of Bradley's pressure style against the bigger hard hitting opponent, how do you see it?

The size advantage will be very large, but Bradley should win it. Abregu good, but P4P Bradley is on another level. Bradley has fought at weights higher than 140 professionally and in the amateurs, so he'll look better than people would think at 147. The plan by HBO and Bradley's peeps is that casual fans will be impressed by the way that Bradley will handle his larger opponent, providing him with a good bit of hype. I'd would prefer however, if Abregu got a "leg injury" or something similar so that maybe he could fight Pac at 147 instead. Would be a great fight, and would enjoy seeing Pac fight May coming off a KO victory against a skilled mobile boxer.

I am hoping Bradley could show off some of those newly displayed defensive skills against Abregu because him pressuring too much could get him in some serious trouble.

I think Tim is fast enough to get in and get out for 12 and against, no way should he try to wear Abregu down and get to aggressive.

I see Bradley moving side to side, in and out and pretty much tatooing Abregu to the body and head. I wouldn't be surprised if Bradley scores a stoppage, not from one punch but from accumulation or a corner stoppage later in the fight. Don't give Abregu much of a chance honestly.

I agree, he certainly isn't going to be able to bully the bigger, harder hitting guy, but he'll get the win most likely, and impress a wider audience. Still, if Pac doesn't seem to bulge on drug testing in the first week after May-Shane assuming May wins, Bradley should press hard for a Pac fight.
