We all know Floyd basically trains himself. Do you guys think ****m will play a big part in weather Shane wins or loses? Discuss.

Aside from their chemistry and the fact that they both have a lot of the same outlook, with them both being ******, which I'm sure bonds them in some ways. (I'm not religious, but religious types often draw upon those types of things.) ****m is simply incredibly intelligent when it comes to picking up on the weaknesses of the opponent and the strengths of his fighter. It can only help, in my opinion.
Hopkins over Pavlik. Mosley over Margarito. Both upsets that he was a major part of. When his charge was the one who seemed to be the underdog, and he HAS to be given that credit.
His track-record speaks for itself.Comment

i think he'll teach him some new sht that shanes never even known about. i think he'll help break down floyd's style better than shane's pops could. i also think he'll be a better cornerman who'll give better advice in b/t rounds. whether or not shane listens and follows instruction is another story though. joe goossen works one of the best corners in fights, but shane didnt listen to him vs winky.
he'll help, but he wont be the deciding factor though.
there's only so much the trainer can do. if shane gets desperate, he'll most likely resort to his old bad habits (dropping his hands, loading up and smothering his own punches).Comment
