The winner needs to fight Manny Pacquiao. Shane would be a more entertaining fight against Manny though. But I don't think Shane will beat Floyd.

But yeah, it depends on how Shane beats Floyd, if it's by decision then he's number 2, if he KO's him then there's some good argument there for him to go higher depending on if it was a lucky punch or if he dominated Floyd before the KO.
