Mosley's name might be more known to the general public, it does not mean that he gets supported because of it.

Mosley has been a B-side for all of his big fights and when he is the A-side, he doesn't do good numbers. Over 100k in his only venture as an A-side ppv and poor attendance numbers against Forrest, Wright, and Mayorga. If the fight vs. Zab would have gone through it would have further proved the point.

Cotto without a doubt has more paying supporters than Mosley. Pacquiao brings in more paying attendance, but Mayweather brings in more PPV money and it's not close enough to be arguing.
