I don't think he could make the weight.

And then ask yourself why he would ask Shane to do get down that low unless he had no interest in fighting him.

So what is he scared of him?

      That makes sense.
OF COURSE YOU DUMB**** HOW DO YOU THINK FLOYD WILL LOOK LIKE IF HE'S NOT GONNA TAKE THE SAME TEST OR IF HE DIDNT ASK SHANE THE SAME OST.

Dont you ever talk about logic again.

Huh? who cares how Floyd might look. The point being is that from here on out, Floyd will ask for the test. Anything you think about him being scared is just you projecting what you think on his emotional state. There is not logic involved.

Scary part is that you think assumptions = logic.

I don't question that Roach probably would've taken a Mosley fight had he made 140, 142 all drained like Oscar--but the fact remains Shane initially said he couldn't make the weight--so they moved on.

Also, it seems Arum did not want Shane Mosley as a possible opponent because he is a GB fighter and would've had to share revenues with Top Rank; therefore, it scratches Shane Mosley all together from the equation. Pacquiao did not even care who he fought and I'm sure Arum was the one who invited Pacquiao to the Cotto/Clottey fight----so, give some credit to Arum for not having Pacquiao/MOsley fight.

Duh!? 1 thing people agreed on this thread is that May is not up for cleaning up the sports! IT WILL APPEAR THAT HE'S REALLY SCARED OF PAC IF HE WILL NOT ASK THE SAME TEST TO SHANE AND THAT'S VERY OBVIOUS. you get it?

You can't have it both ways. Roach is lying. Or do you only believe him sometimes and the other times just never happened?

              So it's Arum's fault too...

Question, would you give credit to Pac if he fought Mosley @ 142?

No Roach would've accepted had Mosley drained himself and everything, like Oscar.

I'm pretty damn sure Arum was the one involved in orchestrating the whole thing.

LOL. I love the way you look at things. His asking for 142 when Shane initially said 143 says it all. Please note a month later he asked for 143 against Cotto...then relented to 145. He had no intentions of fighting him and I give him no credit for avoiding him.

What date did he say 143 by chance? Before May 2009?
